

Perla's Poached Fish
DESCRIPTION
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 bunch parsley (rinsed and chopped or 3 tbsp dry parsley)
- 2 slices preserved lemon (diced)
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 cup water
Fish mixture
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 head garlic (peeled and sliced or 2 tbsp garlic powder)
- 1 onion (peeled and diced or 2 tbsp minced onion)
INSTRUCTIONS
- bring water to a boil and add all above ingredients, reduce heat.
- Mix all ingredients, if necessary add more oil. Roll fish fillets in oil mixture then dip them in the water.
- Cook at medium heat until liquid reduces to a sauce. Drizzle olive oil. Cover and remove from heat. Serve hot.
