Perla's Poached Fish

Ingredients

paprika

black pepper

teaspoon
salt
½
bunch
parsley
rinsed and chopped or 3 tablespoon dry parsley
2
slices
preserved lemon
diced
4
bay leaves

cup
water
Fish mixture
3
tablespoon
oil
1
head
garlic
peeled and sliced or 2 tablespoon garlic powder
1
onion
peeled and diced or 2 tablespoon minced onion
Instructions
bring water to a boil and add all above ingredients, reduce heat.
Mix all ingredients, if necessary add more oil. Roll fish fillets in oil mixture then dip them in the water.
Cook at medium heat until liquid reduces to a sauce. Drizzle olive oil. Cover and remove from heat. Serve hot.
