DESCRIPTION

This healthy and light salad blends together sweet, savory and salty flavors using watermelon, avocado, feta cheese.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

• ▢ 2 slices watermelon (cubed)
• ▢ 2 avocados (cubed)
• ▢ 1/2 cup feta cheese ((or mozzarella) cubed)
• ▢ 10-12 radishes ((optional) cubed)
• ▢ 1 slice red onion (chopped or sliced for garnish)
• ▢ 5 mint leaves (sliced or torn for garnish)
• ▢ 1 chive (chopped for garnish)
• ▢ 1 dash salt (to taste)
• ▢ 1 dash black pepper (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Directions

• Alternate and arrange watermelon, avocado, cheese and radish cubes, into a large rectangular shape.
• Garnish with remaining ingredients.
