- 2 slices watermelon (cubed)
- 2 avocados (cubed)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese ((or mozzarella) cubed)
- 10-12 radishes ((optional) cubed)
- 1 slice red onion (chopped or sliced for garnish)
- 5 mint leaves (sliced or torn for garnish)
- 1 chive (chopped for garnish)
- 1 dash salt (to taste)
- 1 dash black pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
Directions
- Alternate and arrange watermelon, avocado, cheese and radish cubes, into a large rectangular shape.
- Garnish with remaining ingredients.
