Instructions
Dissolve powdered sugar in water, while stirring on low heat until thick syrup.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Whisk egg whites with sugar until thick. Combine this with syrup slowly.
When the mix hardens, fold nuts into the mixture, pour into the serving bowl, and sprinkle the remaining nuts on top to decorate.
