1cupbrown sugar
2cupsflour
2tbspvanillin sugar
3/4cupoil
2tbspbaking powder
1-1/2tspground cinnamon
Filling
1/2cupsugar
1tspground cinnamon
6applespeel, cored and sliced
Topping
confectioner's sugaras needed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel, core and thinly slice the apples.
Mix all the Cake Ingredients into a large bowl to make batter.
Combine all the Filling ingredients into large bowl.
Fill a bundt cake pan or 9" X 13" pan with the filling and smooth. Then pour the batter over the top.
Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and dust with confectioner's sugar immediately while hot. Let cool and refrigerate.
