PERLA'S SALAD DRESSING (ASSAISONNEMENT)

Ingredients

lemon juice
Juice of lemons

tbsp
mayonnaise

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
salt
1
head
garlic
boiled
1
dash
black pepper
1
dash
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Boil the whole head of garlic. Separate, peel and mash them to a pasty consistency.
Juice the two lemons into a bowl.
Add the mashed garlic and all the other ingredients to the bowl and whisk. Store in refrigerator.
Use as salad dressing, aioli or dip for vegetables.
