Mix all ingredients together and add flour until dough is firm and doesn't stick Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, roll it thin, then cut circles into it. Oil and flour scallop-edged marzipan molds, fit in the dough circles and fill them with the almond mixture. Bake at 325-350 degrees.

Maman is innovative and likes new ways, new products, new methods. Here is her updated version of the marzipan filling. 16 oz almond paste 2 egg yolks 1 whole egg 1/4 tsp baking powder Blend all ingredients together, let rest for 10-15 minutes then fill the dough-lined molds.
