Oven Crisp Chicken Wings

Ingredients
⅓
cup
flour

tablespoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
garlic salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

chicken wings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Be sure wings are thawed and dry them well with paper towels.
Combine flour, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a plastic bag.
Shake to mix ingredients and add wings.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread olive oil on it. ( Makes for easy clean up.).
Add wings to pan and turn to coat.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Turn wings over and bake for 15 more minutes or until crispy and done.
For Buffalo Wing Sauce:
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of vinegar-based hot sauce (ie: Tabasco, or the Kosher Cowboys "Better than Tabasco" hot sauce).
Remove wings from oven after 40 minutes, toss in bowl with vinegar-based hot sauce and place back into oven for another 15 minutes.
For Honey and Harissa Sauce:
In a bowl mix 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup Kosher Cowboy's Harissa.
Remove wings from oven after 40 minutes, toss in bowl with honey and harissa and place back into oven for another 15 minutes.
For Teriyaki and Honey Sauce:
In a bowl mix 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce.
Remove wings from oven after 40 minutes, toss in the bowl with honey and Teriyaki and place back into oven for another 15 minutes.
