Moroccan Harcha Semolina Pan-Fried Flatbread

Ingredients

fine semolina
1
stick
melted butter
1/2
cup
oil

pinch
salt

cup
milk
lukewarm
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the semolina, butter, oil, salt and milk.
Knead all the ingredients to get a homogeneous dough.
Split the dough in two and shape it into balls.
Place the ball on a little semolina, and sprinkle some of it on top of the ball.
Flatten the dough with the palm of your hand to a 1/2 inch thickness.
Cook it at low temperature in a frying pan for 10 minutes on each side.
Serve warm or cold with honey and mint tea.
