Ingredients
6cupsflour
1cupwater
3large eggs
1tspsalt
3tbspbaking powder
2tbspolive oil
Instructions
Bring greased frying pan to medium heat.
In large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix ingredients into light dough and lest rest for 15 minutes.
Shape it into small balls. Flatten each ball, stretch it by hand or with a rolling pin to the size of a pancake
Place in frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side, until some golden brown spots show. Repeat the process, adding a little oil in between each mofletta,
