Instructions
In pan, slightly larger than matzot, stack matzot on top of each other. Pour hot water over matzot to soften them. Soak 5 minutes and drain excess water.
In small pot, combine honey and butter at low heat until liquified.
Drizzle honey and butter mixture on softened matzot. Serve warm.
