Ingredients
Dry ingredients
1¾cupsflour
2cupssugar
¾cupHershey's Cocoa Powder
2tbspvanillin sugar
1½tspbaking soda
1½tspbaking powder
Wet ingredients
2 largeeggs
½cupoil
1cuporange juiceor almond milk
2tspcoffeedissolved in 1 cup hot water
Glaze
3tbspcocoa powder
3tbspoil
3tbsphot water
1cupconfectioner's sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Beat in all wet ingredients for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan or 28 cupcake pan (lined with cupcake holders if desired).
for cake: Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Insert toothpick in middle at 50 minutes and remove it. If clean, remove cake. If not clean, continue baking for 10 more minutes.for cupcakes: Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Glaze: mix all glaze ingredients, top over cake (cupcakes) and refrigerate.
