Foolproof Sponge Cake
This easy recipe is hard to beat for a quick foolproof dessert. It's light, fragrant and easy to make.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs for 10 minutes.
Slowly mix in sugar and then flour.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into an 18" loaf pan. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
