Balsamic Marinated Mushrooms Kabob
DESCRIPTION
Tastes like meat. Eats like a mushroom. Healthy. Flavorful.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all the ingredient into a bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Skewer the mushrooms and grill over medium-high heat until just tender and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately.

Which mushrooms do you use/recommend?

My favorite to use are baby portabella mushroom, but regular white, button mushrooms also turn out great. Let me know how they turn out.
