Moroccan Mandarin Spritzer

Mandarins and oranges are both in the top twenty agricultural outputs of Morocco and are popular flavors around the country. Enjoy the seductive tastes of Morocco in this lively Spritzer, featuring the flavors of orange and mandarin liqueurs with a touch of mint for that fresh hit.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce Mandarin liqueur
- ice cubes
- orange flavored soft drink (like Crush or Fanta)
- blood orange slices (or mandarin)
- mint sprigs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the orange-flavored liqueur, gin and mandarin liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Add a splash of soft drink and garnish with and orange slice and mint sprig.
